This database and the information it contains may be used by Excelsior and its clients for the purpose of assessing your suitability, qualifications and skills for assignments we’re conducting at the present time and in the future.  We will always gain your permission before discussing your personal details with clients.

3.2  In some instances we may be required to take up references, credit checks and other lawful checks. We may record and store any telephone calls you have with our consultants or support staff for record keeping, training, and quality control purposes.

3.3  Unless specifically requested otherwise by you we will use contact information such as your email address, telephone number and address you supply us to contact you. As a company dedicated to forwarding the careers of all candidates we talk to, we may also contact you about Excelsior hosted forums, meetings and other services and products which we think may be of benefit or interest to you.

3.4  We may also use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop the website and our services and may provide such aggregate information to third parties. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any individual.
